Anniversary 2008!

That’s right, we’ve been married for two whole years. And it seems like just yesterday we were defeating Donkey Kong and drinking Slurpees at Sev.

Car Ride Home

We left for West Lafayette on Saturday and decided to go through some small little towns.

: University of Evansville.

: I started to get really bored with the 4.5 hour car ride and began to investigate my changing eye color. Still not sure what color to claim these days.

: We came across a giant peach. And here I thought they were only in Georgia and Roald Dahl books.

: It was 65 degrees in Terre Haute and here’s the proof!

: The courthouse in Green Castle, IN. Check out the angry grenade statue!

Mt. Vernon

Jason wanted to take a few pictures around town. Welcome to quaint, Mt. Vernon, Indiana.

Christmas Eve

Before heading down to my parent’s for Christmas, we decided to open up a few gifts at home on Christmas Eve.

: My lovely stocking, which included a grapefruit.

: Jason with the Purdue stocking I made for him.

: Jason’s Christmas Yam! I saw him sneak a grapefruit into my stocking, so I threw a yam into his. I didn’t want him to be disappointed by the absence of a fruit or veggie.
